What should I do if an item in my cart cannot be shipped to my country?
Once you have proceeded to Check Out and have filled out the Billing & Shipping Information, the webpage will highlight any items that cannot be shipped. Please reduce the highlighted quantity to zero, and click the update button.
Your order detail will be updated accordingly.

    Klarna Pay Later

    Klarna Pay Later is available for online orders to Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany and Netherlands. Orders at or below EUR1,500 are eligible for Klarna Pay Later.
    Pay your online orders in 14 days or more with no additional fees. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Klarna detailing how and where to make your payment.

    Klarna Pay Later orders cannot be changed after ordering. If you need to change your order, we will cancel your original order and ask you to place a new order. If you need to return only part of your order, contact cs-mbs@montbell.com. We will initiate a bank transfer to refund the returned portion of your order.

  • Pay-in Slip, Paypal, Bank Wire Transfers, and any other payment methods are not available at this time.

For each shipment, an E-mail with parcel tracking numbers will be sent either from Montbell or the Shipping company.

  • Notifications from Montbell will be sent from Montbell.com
  • Please note that in some cases, these e-mails maybe filtered as spam mail. In such cases, please contact our customer service department;

Free International Shipping on all orders over €200.

Backorders / Preorders

Backorders/Preorders are not available at this time.

Cancellations

Once you proceed to checkout, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
If you would like to make a cancellation, please contact our customer service department;

To cancel an order after receiving the product.
Please use the Return & Exchange Form and follow the Return & Exchange process.

Preparation

  1. Provide a copy of your Receipt (Invoice)
  2. Provide a completed copy of the Return & Exchange Form.
    • If you have lost your Return & Exchange Form, please download the form.
  3. Products must be unused and in its original condition with the hangtags still attached.
  4. Use a prepaid and traceable form of shipping; "Collect On Delivery" returns will not be accepted.
    • If you do not have the original purchase documentation, or if you have any questions regarding the return process, please contact our Customer Service Department cs-mbs@montbell.com.

Gift Bag & Card

Add that extra something with a Montbell gift bag! Each gift bag is €3.50.

  • Free message card available for customers who select our gift bag service.
  • These 100% cotton bags can be reused.
