Cancellations

Once you proceed to checkout, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Montbell is proud of the products we produce, if, for any reason, you decide that the product(s) you ordered does not fit or is not exactly what you desire, we will take it back as a return or exchange.
This clause excludes returned items that have been damaged, washed, or worn. All items will be accepted at Montbell's discretion.
*Factory Outlet purchases can be exchanged for product(s) of equal or greater value but cannot be returned for refund.
For Swiss shipments, we will accept returns within 30 days of Packing List date.
For International Shipments, we will accept returns within 60 days of Invoice date.

Repair & Warranty Policy

Repair Policy

Montbell is proud of the products we produce, however, regardless of how careful you are, normal wear and tear and accidents occur damaging your favorite gear. Montbell will be happy to repair them at a reasonable rate. If Montbell inspects and acknowledges a damage caused by manufacturing defect, Montbell will repair or replace the product under our warranty policy. For customers residing in Switzerland, please expect a 6-8 week turn around. For international customers, please expect a 8-10 week turn around. Please make sure all items are clean. Any dirty items returned for repair may be refused or subject to mandatory cleaning fee.

Warranty Policy

What Montbell's Warranty Covers
Montbell's warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for the lifetime of the product. If Montbell inspects and acknowledges a damage caused by manufacturing defect, Montbell will repair or replace the product under our warranty policy. This warranty does not cover damage(s) caused by accident, improper care, negligence, alterations, or normal wear and tear. Damage(s) not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable rate. Please expect 2-4 week turn around. Please make sure all items are clean. Any dirty items returned for repair may be refused and or subject to a mandatory cleaning fee.

Your privacy as a Montbell customer is important to us. As an ethical outdoor company we respect your rights and information. Shopping online with Montbell is a secure and efficient source for high quality Ultra-Light clothing and equipment.

Information Collected

Your information will never be shared or sold to other companies or organizations except as permitted or required by law.
As a customer at montbell.com we collect only the necessary information to process your order efficiently. In completing the shipping form you provide us with the necessary information. This includes contact and shipping information (billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and email address), and financial information (credit card).
All information given to us may be combined with demographic or purchasing history to provide our company with more accurate marketing information.
We use cookies to make web navigation easier. Security

Montbell uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128bit encryption technology, the industry recommendation for transferring private information, to protect you while making an online purchase. The information you provide when you place an order is encrypted (or coded) using a secure server for maximum security. This coding creates a highly indecipherable code, making it extremely difficult for anyone to reach your personal information as it moves through our ordering system. Your private information is decoded only after it arrives at our secure servers.
Once you've entered the secure area, the URL will change from "http" to "https", to let you know you are in a secure area. A key or a closed lock may also appear in the lower corner of your browser to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone throughout the entire checkout process.
