These are all-weather mid-cut boots are suitable for a wide range of activities, from hiking to light trekking. With a soft and comfortable fit that belies a highly rigid build, using 2 shank plates inserted into the sole to prevent torsion, these boots will cushion the impact and thrust from boulders and rocks from rough surfaces. To comfortably fit persons with wider feet, the Mariposa Trail uses an upper design that won't feel constrictive. [Upper] Using a polyester mesh that maximizes the breathability of GORE-TEX® fabric, we provided enhanced fortification in key areas using highly rigid synthetic leather. [Shank plate] To equip with a proper level of rigidity, we've inserted resin shank plates to prevent torsion. [Outer sole] Equipped with Trail Gripper, which exhibits astounding grip-strength even on wet rock surfaces and wooded footpaths. [Reel Adjustment System] Equipped with the Reel Adjustment System, for quick wear and removal, and a superior fit adjustment.
